Adaptación y validación al español de la Escala de Empoderamiento Psicológico

Although there are instruments for measurement this construct, Empowerment Instrument (PEI) by Spreitzer (1995) traditionally one most employed measure area Organizational Psychology, counting more than thousand publications, articles as well translations adaptations languages. original questionnaire elaborated consists 16 items organised factors following that were described above. Therefore, aim article adaptation Spanish, validation PEI, analyse its factor structure.
